Officine Générale offers a simple return process within 14 days of receiving your order, provided items are unworn and in their original packaging. We strive to ensure your experience with our Parisian-tailored collections meets the highest standards of satisfaction.
Request a Return
Log into your account or use the guest order lookup to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original box with all designer tags attached and include the printed return form inside the parcel.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous labels are covered.
Drop Off and Refund
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
